Marketing Assistant

We are currently looking to recruit a Marketing Assistant to join our team to support our growing business. Working alongside the Marketing Manager you will be an active and important member of the Sales and Marketing Team with excellent development opportunities available within the business for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Plan, post and measure all business Social Media activity (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn)
  • Provide full marketing support for new and existing merchants and contractors
  • Manage all business websites in terms of optimisation, maintenance, new content and upgrades.
  • Design, plan and co-ordinate a regular schedule of email campaigns using Mail Chimp
  • Maintain the companies CRM database
  • Action and co-ordinate all incoming sales enquiries
  • Organise events including contractor training days and merchant trade shows
  • Process sample requests and manage stock levels of samples and literature
  • Creation and amendment of technical documents
  • Work with external agencies on design & print projects
  • Carry out low level graphic design requirements in-house using Adobe CC
  • Monitor and report on market trends and competitor products and services
  • Assist with the preparation of marketing campaigns, sales activities and planning
  • General administration as required by the business for all departments

Knowledge, Skills & Experience 

  • Good knowledge of all Social Media platforms
  • Excellent IT skills using multiple packages
  • Excellent written communication skills with ability to write engaging content for different audiences
  • Experience in using Adobe In-Design, Photoshop and Illustrator desirable
  • Previous experience using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Systems desirable
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong work ethic with ability to perform under pressure
  • Excellent time management skills with ability to work independently and flexibly
  • Ability to build relationships with customers, external agencies and suppliers
  • Good communication skills at all levels

Telesales & Customer Support Co-ordinator

We are currently looking to recruit a Telesales & Customer Support Co-ordinator to join our growing business in the support of our sales teams both internal and external. We are looking for a flexible, self-motivated and confident individual with exceptional communication skills who will thrive in a varied and fast-moving sales environment. You will be an important and valuable member of the Sales and Marketing Team and we have excellent development opportunities available within the business for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Generate leads for the external sales team through B2B outbound telephone calls and email
  • Proactively research and develop sales opportunities
  • Build strong relationships with existing customers through regular scheduled contact
  • Input all collected data accurately into CRM system
  • Action incoming sales enquiries and requests promptly
  • Follow up all email and social media marketing campaigns
  • Support the sales team with trade events and training days
  • Work collaboratively with the Marketing Team on all lead generation activity
  • Obtain and maintain a high level of product and industry knowledge
  • Manage incoming calls into the business
  • Provide holiday and absence cover to the internal sales team

  • Previous business development or telesales experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels
  • Excellent IT skills using multiple packages
