Marketing Co-Ordinator

We are currently looking to recruit a Marketing Co-ordinator to join our team to support our growing business. Working alongside the Head of Marketing & Communications you will be an active and important member of the Commercial Team with excellent development opportunities available within the business for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, post and measure all business Social Media activity (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram)
  • Provide full marketing support for new and existing merchants and contractors
  • Manage all business websites in terms of optimisation, maintenance, new content and upgrades.
  • Design, plan and co-ordinate a regular schedule of email campaigns using Mail Chimp
  • Maintain the company’s CRM database
  • Organise events including contractor training days and merchant trade shows
  • Manage stock levels of samples, literature and point of sale
  • Creation and amendment of technical documents
  • Work with external agencies on design & print projects
  • Carry out low level graphic design requirements in-house using Adobe CC tools
  • Monitor and report on market trends and competitor products and services
  • Assist with the preparation of marketing campaigns, sales activities, and planning
  • Creation of media content for websites and social media platforms including video and photography
  • Maintain and expand media asset library
  • Write articles, press releases and editorial for both digital and traditional publications
  • General administration as required by the business for all departments

Knowledge, Skills & Experience 

  • Good knowledge of all Social Media platforms
  • Excellent IT skills using multiple packages
  • Excellent written communication skills with ability to write engaging content for different audiences
  • Experience in using Adobe In-Design, Photoshop, and Illustrator desirable
  • Experience in the production of video content (desirable)
  • Previous experience using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Systems desirable
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong work ethic with ability to perform under pressure
  • Excellent time management skills with ability to work independently and flexibly
  • Ability to build relationships with customers, external agencies, and suppliers
  • Willingness to undergo further training as required
  • Good communication skills at all levels

Digital Content Creator

We are currently looking to recruit a Digital Content Creator to be responsible for creating and producing a diverse range of digital content including graphics, animation, video, and other marketing collateral. Working alongside the Head of Marketing & Communications you will be an active and important member of the Commercial Team with excellent development opportunities available within the business for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and product a range of content including graphics, digital assets and motion graphics for social media, print, email and other marketing collateral and materials
  • Plan and create engaging video content, including promotional videos, interviews, time lapse
  • Proactive planning of digital campaigns in line with marketing strategy and business goals
  • Assist with the development of the social media calendar in line with the marcomms plan to develop content
  • Create social media content including photography, videos, and graphics
  • Work with the team to develop engagement on social media
  • Work with the team to create and maintain website content across all sites
  • Assist in the creation of print literature, point of sale and merchandise graphics
  • Work with the Technical Team on the creation of drawings and illustration for technical documents
  • Work with external agencies on design & print projects if required
  • Assist with the preparation of marketing campaigns, sales activities, and planning
  • Maintain and expand media asset library

Knowledge, Skills & Experience 

  • Must have video and audio production and editing skills
  • Experience in Adobe CC including In-Design, Photoshop, Illustrator and Premier Pro
  • Creative with a flair for developing customer engagement with all types of media
  • Good understanding of all Social Media platforms
  • Excellent IT skills using multiple packages
  • Good photography shooting and editing skills
  • Experience in technical drawing (CAD, Autodesk, BIM) desirable
  • Attention to detail and accuracy

Production Operative

Our production operatives are responsible for the manufacture of our range of performance building products including renders, paints and coatings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manufacture of paint and powder products
  • Filling, labelling and palletising finished goods

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • Experience in a similar manufacturing role is preferred but not essential as full training will be given
  • Punctual and reliable with a flexible approach to work

Single Shift Working Hours: 08.00am to 4.30pm

During exceptionally busy periods a 2 shift system will be required

Salary negotiable depending on experience

Warehouse Operative

As a member of our warehouse team you will assist in the day to day operations of our busy raw material and finished goods warehouse and distribution function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming deliveries of raw materials, product packaging and finished goods
  • Ensure that all goods in and out are correctly recorded and stored appropriately
  • Ensure that stock rotation controls are adhered to
  • Maintain high levels of housekeeping
  • Operate all machinery including fork lift trucks in a safe and professional manner
  • Carry out daily inspections of all forklift trucks in line with current LOLER guidelines
  • Ensure that all working practices are maintained in line with current health and safety regulations
  • Assist with periodic stock checks

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • Current fork lift truck licence preferred but we will support experienced FLT drivers to renew licences if required
  • Warehousing and distribution experience is desirable but full training will be given
  • Organised with good IT and numaracy skills
  • Ability to work as part of a small but busy team
  • Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines with confidence

Working Hours:  Monday to Friday – 8am to 5pm

Salary negotiable depending on experience
